iino contains natural plant fibre that comes with a fresh unique fresh orange flavour, a guaranteed favourite because its sour lemon taste makes it an easy beverage like any carbonated drinks. It contains 60-70% natural water solluble and water insoluble fibre which absorbs water in the stomach to form a gel-like sponge, absorbing toxins, breaking down encrustations, stimulating peristalsis (bowel movement) and hence passing motion. It lines the intestinal wall so as to make the excretion of waste material after digestion easier.

使用方法 Direction For Use:

一天服用两次， 早晚各一包， 于饭前一小时， 以白开水冲泡，如想达到更佳口味， 可以使用冷水， 服用后必须多喝水， 不适合以热水冲泡。

Take it twice a day, once in the morning and once at night, one hour before food. Mix it with copious amount of the water, preferably cold water for better taste. Never use hot water, make sure you drink a lot of water after taking the supplement.

iino 加水后会膨胀约50倍， 故满腹腹时避免食用。 iino 为天然食品， 怀孕妇女及有下痢、呕吐、腹痛、过敏性疾病、直肠出血等患者，食用前请教医师。 对膳食纤维过敏者， 请勿食用。 避免阳光直射， 请置于阴凉处。

iino will expand 50 times after mixing with water, so avoid taking it when you are full. iino is a safe and natural fibre supplement, but pregnant ladies and those having diarrhoea, abdominal pain, allergic reaction, intestinal bledding should consult the doctor before taking it. People allergic to fibre supplements should avoid taking it. Keep it in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
